What We Value
We are fiercely committed to transparent and quality winemaking. That’s why we keep production small, and have long-standing relationships with our partner vineyards. Our growers are our friends, every harvest, we work side-by-side with them in the vineyards, hand-selecting premium fruit for our wines. We believe in caring for our planet and nurturing the future of our agricultural ecosystem.
The Negociant Model
We are a negociant. We source fruit from local growers, and manage our winemaking from harvest through press to fermentation to barrel to bottle at our a community winery in the North Fork. This allows us to focus on what we do best while trusting our growers to focus on what they do best.
New York Proud
Our states’ wines are incredible and deserve to be held in the same esteem as other highly regarded winemaking regions around the world but also with New Yorkers! We also love and support the people, makers and leaders in our communities of the North Fork and New York City. This is why we partner with our friends in food, hospitality and art worlds to create fun and enriching experiences for our community.

While we take our craft seriously, you won’t find wine snobs here We believe wine drinking is a truly subjective experience and meant to be shared with joy. We make the wines we want to DRINK and love nothing more than kicking back with our friends and sharing stories over a bottle….or can.
Science + Art
Winemaking is a beautiful blend of both science and art, combining a series of carefully chosen techniques with the unquantifiable touch of taste and aroma evaluation, all guided by intuition. All winemaking follows some common path, but every winemaker has her own special formula, directed by her sense of style and taste.
